• "Products" shall mean the goods and services listed on the Platform by the Merchants for the purposes of marketing and selling such goods and services to the Buyers.
• "Atlowest"; "Us"; "We"; "Our" shall mean the Company.
• "Users", "Buyers", "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural or legal person who has access to and is using the Platform for the purpose of buying Products listed on the Platform.

2. INTRODUCTION

This Platform is operated by the Company under the brand Atlowest. The Company offers this Platform, including all information, tools and services available from this Platform to You, the User, conditioned upon Your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. The User's use of the Platform is governed by these "Terms of Service".

3. SCOPE OF THE PLATFORM

The Platform is an e-portal/mobile based application for marketing, purchasing and selling of Products. By visiting the Platform and/or buying/agreeing to buy Products listed on the Platform, You engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

You are aware and fully understand that Platform is only a platform for prospective buyers and sellers and that:

• The Merchant alone shall have full legal and moral responsibility and liability for all the Products listed and sold on the Platform. Company shall bear no liability or responsibility either for the Products being shown in catalogue or for the actual goods or services provided to You.
• The Merchant alone shall be responsible for procuring all licenses, permits, passes etc. as required by applicable law.
• Atlowest will not be liable for any complaints with respect to product quality or any misinformation to Your customers.

5. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, You represent that You are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You obtain no rights to the Content. You remain solely responsible for your use of the Content. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause.

In no case shall Atlowest, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Atlowest and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India will have the exclusive jurisdiction.

13. PAYMENT & FINANCIAL ENTITIES

Please note that payment gateway transactions, subscription charges, and payouts may be processed under the name of our legal trade name "Patel yug rajeshkumar". By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that financial statements may reflect charges/credits from this entity. All payment processing is securely handled by authorized payment aggregators (such as Paytm, in compliance with their guidelines).

14. DIGITAL SERVICES & CHECKOUT FLOW

We offer digital wallet recharges and software subscription plans. The purchase of these digital services follows a strict checkout flow to ensure transparency:

A. Wallet Recharge Checkout Flow

1. User navigates to the "Financial Hub" or "Wallet" section in their Dashboard.
2. User clicks on "Recharge Wallet" and enters the desired top-up amount (Minimum INR 1).
3. User is presented with an order summary and links to these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policies.
4. Upon clicking "Proceed to Pay", the user is redirected to the secure payment gateway (Paytm) to complete the transaction using UPI, Cards, or Netbanking.
5. Upon successful payment, the equivalent funds are instantly credited to the user's Atlowest Wallet.
6. Wallet money is not withdrawable. It is strictly used for the auto smooth flow of prepaid orders and other necessary charge deductions within the platform.

B. Subscription Plan Checkout Flow

1. User navigates to the "Plans" section to view available settlement and software upgrade plans.
2. User selects a desired plan (e.g., Daily, Weekly) and reviews the features and pricing.
3. User clicks "Upgrade" and is shown a checkout modal summarizing the recurring or one-time fee, along with policy consent.
4. User is redirected to the payment gateway to authorize the subscription mandate or make the payment.
5. Upon success, the user's account plan is instantly upgraded and the invoice is generated.
